The Founder
A brief introduction
Shri Rajan Swami Ji was born in 1966 in village
Seesotar of Ballia district. Your mother's nature is very
affectionate and spiritual and your father always spent his wealth
generously for the protection of the rights of the poor and social welfare.
Since childhood, Shri Rajan Swami has been hard-working, studious,
gentle, soft-spoken and has a sharp intellect. During your student days, you
always topped the class and by saving time you used to read the books of the
next class also. You have always had a special interest in Sanskrit
language.
As per the previous rituals, occasional satsangs, and the guidelines received
from spiritual texts, you first started chanting mantras and then started
meditating. At the young age of 14, you started doing
regular sadhana for
4-5 hours at home every day. Due to rigorous sadhana routine and
always
being engrossed in the contemplation of God, your mind started becoming
detached from worldly activities.
श्री राजन स्वामी
Swamiji left his home at the young age of 18
and took
up Sannyasa. After that you never went back to your home. Instead of
carrying money, clothes and food items as means, you should carry a copy
of the Vedas with you. While traveling in the Himalayas and various
regions of North India, he remained absorbed in satisfying his spiritual
hunger in solitude. You took initiation into Yoga and practiced it and
also studied Vedas and sacred texts. During the period of meditation,
you never slept lying down, but spent the night sitting in meditation.

Coincidentally, at the age of 20, you came in
contact
with the great preacher of Shri Nijanand Ashram, Dharamveer Sarkar Shri
Jagdish Chandra Ji Maharaj and after getting the knowledge of the
nectar-filled unbroken speech of Shri Prannath Ji, you attained immense
mental peace. You started acquiring knowledge by staying in the company
of Shri Sarkar in Shri Nijanand Ashram, Ratanpuri. Along with Shri
Prannath ji's speech and Beetak Saheb, you also deeply studied and
meditated on all other religious scriptures. The life of Paramhans
Maharaj Shri Ramratan ji had a deep impact on you. During his stay in
the ashram, he served literature continuously for 15 years and composed
and translated many books into Hindi and dedicated them for publication
at the feet of his Sadguru. His first book is Satyanjali, which is based
on the testimony of the Vedas and scriptures of Shri Nijanand
Sampradaya. Confirms the principles.
After the ascension of Shri Sarkar, you did rigorous
sadhana for 5 years in
the deserted place of Chopra Ji Temple, the holy place of
Muktipeeth Panna
(Madhya Pradesh) established by Shri Prannath Ji. Thereafter, with the
inspiration of Shri Prannath Ji and Sadguru Maharaj Ji, you established
Shri
Prannath Gyanpeeth in Sarsawa in 2005. Through this organization,
he is
engrossed in spreading theological knowledge and education in the society
and has dedicated the rest of his life to this great purpose.
